Refund Policy

At ChachingPanel, we offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — for the return to be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Contact us by email at info@metripulse.com.
If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send the package. We will not accept returned items without prior approval.
Please note that customized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the company, in accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
How to Make a Return
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted if returned without first requesting a return.
Please note that all returns must be sent to our warehouse located in Barcelona, Spain. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Order Cancellation
After placing an order, you have 5 minutes to request its cancellation.
After this short period, it will not be possible to cancel the order, as we immediately begin preparing and shipping the package.
Of course, you always have the right to return the product after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must place a new order after returning the previous one.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
